Landscaping at local school Rushworth…

Hello all, this is a picture of the deck and the sandpit area that we have just completed at our local school St Marys Rushworth. It has been a big project construction wise but we are all very pleased with the end results. Will post some more pics  when I learn a bit more on how to do an album…. help please.

The rain has been persistent in SE Australia for last month or so causing all a bit of havoc, farmers and gardeners alike we are hoping it settles down soon so things can get back to normal?

Wet around the Place..

Well it is wet again in beautiful Rushworth…. but it truly is amazing really the frogs are joyous and the forest is showing off her true colours, and Mother Nature is teaching us a lesson….’when we think all is doomed she shows us who is in charge and leaves us all amazed’

Still hoping for few dry days to get stuck into spring tasks in the vege patch.

  Ciao Carol.

Wet Weather….

Hi everyone,

well it’s finally sunny and dry for a few days hoping my chook pen will dry out and the bottom of our garden….The poor chooks have been nearly swimming the last month as their pen is at the bottom of our garden and after the rain this month they are very muddy and disgruntled. Although the rain has been wonderful I am really looking forward to some dry days to continue the finishing off of our gabian walls….Nearly done! The Girls So enjoy the sunshine and come on spring.

                        Ciao for now Carol

Cold brrr.. weather……

Hello again,

how cold it was yesterday apparently the coldest winter day in 10 years and it sure felt like it. I went out to the Mosaic Barn to work on the floor rug…silly hey as the concrete floor was freezing even though I had the wood fire going in the barn. So I stuck it out for about an hour and a half then high tailed it back into the warmth of the house.

I am planning 2 Mosaic workshop days in September  and October or November, they will be on a Saturday for a whole day so if you are interested please contact me and I will send further details. There will only be 5 spots available on the days, you can just do 1 or if really keen book for 2. The approx cost will be $50.p.p including morning tea and lunch on the day. The picture attached I found on the internet so is not mine but thought it was very clever. Enjoy!      Carol.
